Our Beginning
Two Disciplines, One Standard
Ken came up on jobsites. He's the builder, the customer's first call, the one walking your home with you. Chris grew up in his family's commercial HVAC business and went on to build a career in technology. He runs the business side, the systems and the strategy that keep every project on track.
Gemstone Homes is what happens when both disciplines sit at the same table. No shortcuts, no layers of management between the owners and the jobsite. When you build with Gemstone, you work directly with the people whose names are on the company.
